Once I place an Order, How long will it take to receive?
Once an order is received, it is usually Parcelled up and posted within 24-48hrs. Unless an Order contains ‘Made to Order’ Items. Orders are posted once all ‘Made to Order’ Items are completed.
If my Order contains any ‘Made to Order’ item, how long will it take?
If you have purchased a ‘Made to Order’ Item please allow up to 1 week to complete this item. I will then notify you of the completion of the item and when your parcel is posted.
What if I have multiple ‘Made to Order’ Items in my order, Is it 1 week per item?
No. I make every effort to complete orders in a timely manner. If your order contains more than 3 ‘Made to Order’ items I will notify you if your order will take longer than 1 week to complete. If you would like to know before ordering please contact me via email karouselkids@gmail.com
What form of postage do you use?
All parcels are currently posted by Australia Post, either by Regular Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post depending on the Postage type selected at Checkout. (All postage times are subject to Australia Posts time Frames)
Do you provide tracking on all orders?
Yes. I will provide your parcels tracking number in a follow up email once your parcel is posted.
If I have ‘Made to Order’ Items in my order and choose Express Post, will I receive my order faster?
By choosing Express Post you are only speeding up the Postage time (Which is still subject to Australia Post time frames). I still work on approximately 1 week to complete ‘Made to Order’ Items.
